Congratulations! I spent two weeks in the Chenzhou SWI in 2002 with a volunteer work group, building a preschool and infant nurture center for Half the Sky. I can tell you from experience that the director there is a dear, kind man who loves each and every one of his little charges. They have a wonderful program, and I know that Sage is getting love and attention from her own ayi ("auntie") every day. I have a very soft spot in my heart for Chenzhou, as it was where my girls spent a large amount of time on their first visit back to their birthcountry. Congratulations to your entire family, and Godspeed to your newest love!
